Our Approach to ABA Therapy
At Amazing Strides of New Jersey ABA Therapy, we believe that every child can succeed when they have the right team behind them. Our highly trained staff use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help your child increase language and communication skills, play and leisure skills, social and conversational skills, and independence with self-care tasks, while decreasing any problematic behaviors. Therapy is fun, play-based, and tailored to your child's interests and strengths.
How Can We Support You?

Assessments
In order to determine your child's current level of functioning and needs, the BCBA will come to
your home to observe your child and conduct an assessment, such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R,
AFLS, or EFL.

1 to 1 Therapy
Once a treatment plan has been formulated, an ABA therapist will work one-on-one with your child to implement interventions that will teach your child new skills, while decreasing problematic behaviors.

Parent & Family Training
In addition to direct therapy, a BCBA will provide training to you on the principles of ABA. You
will learn strategies to help decrease problem behaviors while increasing skills and appropriate
behaviors.
Insurance Coverage
We are participating providers with several insurance plans and are in-network with Aetna and BlueCross Blue Shield commercial plans. We are also a tier 1 provider with the Atlantic Health System Employee Health Plan.
