About Us

Making Strides Every Day

Amazing Strides was founded by Lindsay Masker in 2018. After working for various agencies that provided services to children as both a paraprofessional and BCBA, Lindsay started Amazing Strides with the goal of providing the highest quality ABA services to children with autism. Lindsay has worked with children with autism of all ages and abilities since 2003 as an ABA therapist/paraprofessional, behavior consultant, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in home school, and community settings. Lindsay obtained her Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology 2005 and earned her BCBA certification in 2016 after discovering her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).  She has completed doctoral coursework in the field of Special Education and ABA.

How Are We Different?

HIGHEST QUALITY STAFF

After working for several different agencies and personally experiencing their shortcomings, Lindsay started Amazing Strides of New Jersey with the goal of providing the highest quality ABA services to each child. Lindsay aims to provide only the most qualified, experienced professionals and carefully selects each child’s team herself.

NO WAITING

Amazing Strides of New Jersey only accepts clients that we can service immediately.  We are transparent if there is a wait to begin services and will refer you to other providers if we can not get your child in immediately.
Each child gets a team that will provide services in person.
We do not provide telehealth-only services.

IN PERSON SERVICES

We value neurodiversity and aim to make each session positive and fun for your child. Utilizing a strength-based approach, your child’s interests are incorporated in his or her treatment plan.

COLLABORATION WITH TEAM MEMBERS

You, the parent, are the most important member of your child’s team.  We value your input and will only work on goals that you are comfortable with. We can modify your child’s treatment plan at any time.  We also coordinate with others that work with your child, such as early intervention staff, teachers, speech therapists, occupational therapist, physical therapists, and many more.

DATA DRIVEN RESULTS

Our practice utilizes ABA software for data collection and documentation. This allows our behavior analysts to monitor patients’ progress and make data-based program decisions from locations other than the patients’ homes, at any time of day.  Therefore, programming is more efficient, and your child’s progress is maximized. Additionally, the parent portal allows parents to access their child’s profile to view progress at any time.

MAXIMUM BCBA OVERSIGHT

While many agencies limit the amount of supervision of ABA therapists by a BCBA to just 10% of direct therapy hours, we firmly believe in providing 20% to ensure that services are of the highest quality and that our BCBAs have small caseloads. Our therapists receive the most support and guidance, which ensures that your child will make the most progress.
